MEAL ONE: Crescent Style Italian Dunkers

Cheese filled crescent rolls with an Italian flair! These Italian Dunkers are sure to be a family favorite!

Crescent Style Italian Dunkers
 
Ingredients
  • 8-13.9 Oz. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 1 Lb. 85% Lean Ground Beef
  • 14.5-24 Oz. Prego Pasta Sauce
  • 6-8 Oz. Crystal Farms Cheddar Shreds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Unroll Pillsbury Crescent Rolls into individual triangles.
  3. Fill crescent dough with 1-2 T. of cheese and a sprinkle of Italian Seasoning.
  4. Roll dough to create crescents.
  5. Place on cookie sheet and bake 13-15 minutes, until top is golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, brown and chop ground beef.
  7. When beef is done, add pasta sauce.
  8. Serve beef mixture in a bowl with crescent sandwiches on a plate.
  9. Dip and enjoy!

MEAL TWO: Tavern Style Pot Roast

Tavern Style Pot Roast
 
Ingredients
  • 2.5 Lb. Center Cut Chuck Roast
  • 13 Oz. Campbell’s Tavern Style Pot Roast Slow Cooker Sauce
  • 1 Lb. Bolthouse Baby Peeled Carrots
Instructions
  1. Place beef and carrots into slow cooker.
  2. Pour sauce over beef. (no need to add water)
  3. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or until beef is fork-tender (or cook on high 4-5 hours).
  4. Remove beef and cut into slices.
  5. Serve with carrots.

MEAL THREE: One Pot Beef Stroganoff

This one pot recipe will cut down on time and dishes! Plus, you can easily customize it to suit your family’s taste. Try it with carrots or peas to mix it up.

One Pot Beef Stroganoff
Serves: 4
 
Ingredients
  • 3 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, divided
  • 8 Oz. Mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and Pepper
  • ½ Cup Diced Onion
  • 2 ClovesGarlic, minced
  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 4 Cups Low Sodium Beef Broth
  • 8 Oz. Shell Pasta Noodles
  • 8 Oz. Can Green Beans, drained
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream
Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat in a pot or large skillet.
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, remove from pot into a bowl and set aside.
  4. Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in the same pot.
  5. Add onion, season with salt and pepper, and cook until translucent.
  6. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant.
  7. Add ground beef and continue to cook, breaking up beef as it cooks, until it is browned and cooked through.
  8. Add paprika; mix well.
  9. Pour in beef broth and pasta.
  10. Bring to a light boil; cover pot.
  11. Continue to cook, stirring often, until pasta is al dente.
  12. Add mushrooms, green beans and sour cream.
  13. Cook an additional 3-5 minutes, remove from heat.
  14. Serve hot.

Ingredients
  • 20 Oz. Bag Gold'n Plump Honey BBQ Chicken Shakers
  • 12 Ct. Dollar Buns
  • 1 Head Fresh Romaine Lettuce, separated and washed
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 8-12 Slices Cooked Bacon, cut in half
Sriracha Mayo
  • 1-2 tsp Sriracha
  • ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Bake Gold’n Plump Chicken Shakers according to directions on the package.
  2. Whisk together mayo ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup.
  3. To assemble sliders, spread mayo on both sides of buns.
  4. Place lettuce, tomato, bacon and chicken shakers on each bun.
