Tacos are a great meal to start the week with.

What You’ll Need:

MEAL TWO: Easy Brown Sugar Pork Chops

This recipe is sure to be a new favorite!

Easy Brown Sugar Pork Chops
 
Ingredients
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp. McCormick Chopped Basil
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Chili Powder
  • 2 T. Olive Oil
  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, basil, salt, chili powder and 1 tablespoon oil.
  2. Mix until well combined and mixture is crumbly.
  3. Rub over all sides of pork chops.
  4. Heat remaining oil in a skillet and cook pork for 7-8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.

What You’ll Need:

Meal Plan Day 4

These simple sliders are easy to make and taste amazing.

Simple Sliders
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Can Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef, cooked
  • 8 Oz. Shredded Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Flatten each biscuit to desired thickness on a baking sheet.
  3. Place a spoonful of hamburger and shredded cheese on each flattened biscuit.
  4. Wrap biscuit up and over meat and cheese then pinch the top closed.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the biscuit is slightly browned.
  6. Serve immediately.

This awesome Tuna recipe will win over even the pickiest eaters.

Tuna Florentine
 
Ingredients
  • 8.4 Oz. Box Betty Crocker™ Tuna Helper™ Creamy Parmesan
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1⅔ Cups Milk
  • 3 T. Butter or Margarine
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 5 Oz. Can Tuna in Water, drained
  • 10 Oz. Box Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 1 T. Lemon Juice
  • 2 T. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. In 12-inch skillet, stir together uncooked pasta and sauce mix from Tuna Helper box, water, milk, butter and garlic powder.
  2. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in tuna, spinach and tomatoes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 13 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in lemon juice; sprinkle with cheese.

MEAL SEVEN: Spicy Caramelized Spam & Scallion Pasta

This recipe has just the right amount of kick and is loaded with flavor.

Spicy Caramelized Spam & Scallion Pasta
 
Ingredients
  • 2 T. Butter
  • Small Bunch Scallions (about 5-6), finely chopped, plus extra for serving
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 6 Oz. (half can) Spam
  • ½ T. Sugar
  • ½ T. Sesame Oil
  • Generous Pinch Crushed Chile Flake
  • Hot Cooked Pasta of your choice (about ⅓ pound precooked weight)
  • ¼ Cup Reserved Pasta Cooking Water
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions; drain and set aside, reserving ¼ cup cooking water.
  2. Heat butter in a medium saucepan over med-high flame until just frothy.
  3. Add chopped scallions, season with salt and pepper and sauté 2-3 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile mash spam with a potato masher until crumbly.
  5. Add spam, sugar, sesame oil and chile flakes to pan and cook until spam is browned and crisp in places and scallions are deeply golden and caramelized.
  6. Add pasta to pan with 1-2 Tbsp. of reserved cooking water; cook another minute to combine and heat through.
  7. Serve topped with more chopped scallions, if desired.
